Elinor - Relationship, Climate & Disaster Counsellor

Elinor is a Counsellor and Relationship therapist who offers in person and telehealth options. With a background in environmental studies, she brings a unique perspective to therapy, one that deeply considers the relationship between people, place and culture. She draws on evidence-based practices including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), discernment counselling and uses an uncolonising counselling lens to support couples in navigating their relationships with greater awareness and compassion.

She is mindful of how cultural, environmental and historical systems shape people’s lives and connections.

Elinor creates a space that values multiple ways of knowing, healing and being, including those that exist outside Western therapy frameworks. Her work invites couples to explore how the world around them influences their relationship and how they might connect more meaningfully - both because of and despite their differences.

She is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex worker allied, neurodiversity inclusive and warmly welcomes people in relationships from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Elinor practices Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays and is accepting new clients, individuals and couples. For extra info on her individual work see the button below.

First sessions are 90 minutes at $265 and subsequent sessions are 50 mins and $215. Individual counselling sessions are $150. She is currently accepting new clients.
